The Residential Repair Program (RRP) provided low-cost loans to benefit low-and moderate-income homeowners in the County of Hawai‘i to repair the dwelling unit that they occupy as their primary residence.

Due to limited funding, the program is no longer accepting applications and will publicly announce when funding becomes available.
